The project through the eyes of the participants

Different countries, different educational programs and different expectations. The project is made for people who love new experiences and communication with creative people. So we have decided to ask the participants about being a part of the project.

  1. What was the reason you decided to join to this project?

Rima: “For developing my thoughts about the world and learning about journalism in other countries.”
Ksenia: “Learning how media work nowadays.”
Anna: “Of course in order to practice my English with people from other countries.”

  1. What do you expect from the project?

Anna: “Productive work.”
Tanya: “New meetings and international experience for me.”
Rima: “Improving my journalistic skills.”

  1. Do you have any purposes during this project?

Rima: “Speaking with new people from other different countries.”Ksenia: “No, I don’t have any special purposes.”
Roman: “Having a good time and talking with foreign students are my main goals.”

  1. Have you found friends or soulmates yet here?

Rima: “Sure, a lot of friends. It’s a main part of the project to get friends.”
Roman: “I haven’t found friends yet.”
Elizabeth: “I enjoy speaking with everybody, so we are one big family here.”

  1. Do you like to collaborate with people from another country? Why?

Ksenia: “Yes because it’s really interesting to learn something about other countries.”
Anna: “I like it because I can exchange experience with foreigners.”
Elizabeth: “I enjoy collaborating because people from other countries can push back the frontiers of your whole vision.”

  1. Do you suffer due to wealth of languages here?

Ksenia: “I understand everything but not when my trainer speaks German.”
Anna: “I feel comfortable but sometimes I need a dictionary to translate some words which aren’t really useful in everyday language.”
Tanya: “It’s not difficult to understand other people but in case of misunderstanding sign language helps us.”

  1. Is it your first time participating in this project?

Anna: “Yes, but I think not the last.”
Tanya: “It’s my 3rdtime, first was in Lutsk, second in Tbilisi-Yerevan.”
Rima: “It’s my 2ndtime. The first was in Armenia.”

  1. How do you think it will feel when the project will finish?

Anna: “Really excited of the previous work.”
Elizabeth: “I’ll be inspired.”
Tanya: “It will be sad and I’ll miss these people.”

  1. Do you want something to change in this project?

Tanya: “I think a designer group could contribute to the project very well.”
