SASME plays a game

Involving seniors through videos and game – under this motto the second meeting of the project 'Social activation of seniors through media education' took place in Kaunas, Lithuania (19-22.04.2017). Partner organisations were discussing what is already done, the future plans and the idea of active seniors.

A Polish association MANKO is running the project 'Social activation of seniors through media education', which has officilly started with the kick off meeting in Cracow. The partners from Germany (Bürgerhaus Bennohaus), Lithuania (Social Innovation Fund) and from Romania (Center for Promoting and Lifelong Learning) and Poland (Polish Board Games) met together again to check the progress of the project. The highlights of the meeting were: testing the game, which was developed by the Polish partner and the instruction videos created by the German organisation.

Next international meetings for the organisers will take place in Germany and Romania. The final event will take place in Cracow, Poland in 2018.
